How to Sign Up as an Affiliate of Your 5 Star Network Community

  1. Go to https://your5starnetwork.com/5-star-affiliate-program/ or click on the “affiliates” link towards the bottom of the website.
  2. Fill out the registration form.
  3. We will review your application, and if approved, you will receive a notification with a link to open an account on our website. You will have the chance to create a user name and password. Make sure to fill out all the field.
  4. To login to your affiliate dashboard, simply go to https://your5starnetwork.com/affiliate-login/ or click on the “affiliate login” link towards the bottom of the website.
  5. To navigate back to your affiliate dashboard, go to https://your5starnetwork.com/affiliate-dashboard/ or click on the “affiliates dashboard” link towards the bottom of the website.

Why Do You Need My SSN or EIN?

In order to comply with the law, we must complete a 1099 form that will be mailed to you by January 31 of each year to report your earnings. This form will need to be reported in your tax return as well. Please consult your CPA or tax professional for details.
